Lincoln, Neb., Aug. 13.—After a con- ference of several hours Willlam J. Bryan, John W. Kern, vice presiden- tial eandidate, and National Chair- man Mack, together with the cam- paign text book committee, adopted final plans for the makeup of the eam- paign text book. Other questions re- garding the direction of the coming presidential struggle were discussed between Mr. Bryan and Chairman Mack.
