Frank and Chet Snow appeared as witnesses to the proof. M. F. Kuntz, who travels for the National Biscuit company, went to Brainerd this morning. Mr. Kuntz thinks that Bemidji is “it” and de- clared that “when you leave Bemidji, you are only camping out.” Martin Sathre, the “pump man” for the M. & L railway, accompanied by a gang of four men, left this morning for Backus, where he will superintend the erection of a new watertank to replace the M. & 1I. tank, which collapsed last fall.
