Boise, Ida., Sept. 13.—Steve Adams, who has been held here since last Saturday charged with the murder of Leyte Gregor in Denver, was dis- | charged in justice court during the ait- ernoon on motion of the county attor- ney. Adams was immediately rear- rested by Sheriff Sutherland of Sho- shone county, Ida., charged with the killing of “John Doe” Tyler in St. Joe county, Ida., in August, 1904.
