GOLDEN--GRANT NUPTIALS : 0 | Wedding of Popular Young People of Bemidji Occur- red Last Monday. Mrs. Hattie Grant returned friday night from Minneapolis, where she attended the wedding of her daughter, Helen, to Clar- ence Golden. Mr. Golden and Miss Grant were married in Min- neapolis last Monday afternoon | at 4:30 o'clock. The ceremony! was a simple one and only imme-: diate relatives and friends of the contracting parties were present. Immediately after the marriage} had taken place -Mr.and Mrs. Golden left Minneapolis for St. Louis, where Mr, Golden will complete a course in medicine. They will probably return to Be-| midji next spring fora short visit here before leaving for Michigan, where Mr. Golden will practice, Both Mr. and Mrs. Golden are old time residents of Bemidji, having lived here for a number of years. Mr. Golden has held | a prominent position here with the Jerrard Plumbing company | | effect. SAW WOLVES; GIRL RAN AWAY Miss Clara Peterson Fright- exned by Appearance of Animals in Road. While returning from Bemidji to her home about two miles north of this city last night about 8 o’clock, Miss Clara Peterson saw two large timber wolves in the road just at the outskirts of the city. The animals crossed the road close to her, and becom- frightened she turned and ran back to town. A. H.
