Gersham Stohl of Park Rapids arrived in the city last night from Tower City, N. D. in search of his wife who he claims de- serted him and went away with another, Albert Smith, while Mr. and Mrs. Stohl were living at Park Rapids last May. The man found his missing wife here and confronted her, but she refused to admit that she had been livirg with Smith. Stohl also found Smith, who after a short talk with the irate wifehunter turned and fled, and his whereabouts are unknown. Stohl claims that the woman had him arrested at Park Rapids upon a fictitious chargeand he was held to the district court, but when he was arraigned before Judge Spooner he was dismissed.
