Reports received at St. Paul thus far indicate that the cities gener- ally, at the present ratio, will not show much percentage of gain. Extraordinary efforts are being put forth by many cities to se- cure a full'count. SHEVLIN BEGINS ITS LONG FIGHT County Seat Removal Peti- tion Filed and Will Be Considered July 14. Shevlin’s petition to be made the county seat of Clearwater county will be considered by the county commissioners at Bagley July 14. The petition is said to carry 80) names out of some twelve to fourteen hundred vot- ers in the county. The proposition to remove the county seat from Bagley is not viewed very_seriously in Bagley.
