No. The Chiropractic and the Osteopath both aim to put in place that which is out of place, to right that which is wrong; but the Path- ology Diagnosis, Prognosis and Movements are entirely different. Moorhead, Minn., June 20.— As aresult ofa quarrel over a 15 year old girl after the Fore- paugh & Sells Bros,, circus last evening in this city, Max E. Mil- ler is in a hospital suffering with a fractured skull and Frank Jones lies in the county jail, where he is held to answer to the charge of assault with a dan gerous -weapon. This charge may be changed to murder if Miller dies. Incidents leading up -to the trouble were as follows: Jones went to the circus per formance last evening with Effie Pollard, aged 15. He had been drinking earlier in the evening and was somewhat under the in- fluence of the liquor. On the way home from the show, a quarrel took place between Jones and two Fargo men, Max Miller and Carl| Baake, which resulted in Jones striking Miller across the fore- head with a fence picket. The front bone was crushed in. The first intimation the police had of the crime was at 1:45 this wmorning when Milier’s inate body was found in a vacant lot near Eighth street north. The entire trouble was the re- sult of the Pollard girl’s com- plaint to Miller that she was afraid of her escort.
