George Warrick arrived in the city Saturday night from Jenkirs to accept a position at the con- fectionery store of I. B. Olson. Mr. Warrick is a nephew of Prof. A. P. Ritchie. W. G. Schroeder yesterday drove out to the power on the Mississippi east of Bemidji, and, with the aid of a civil engineer he completed a number of sur- veys contemplased for some time past. Mike Guyer is erecting a dance hall at Nymore and is making ar- rangements for holding the open- ing ball in the new building some day this week.
