Washington, Feb, 18.—After routine business the house ordered a yea and | nay vote on the previous question to conslder a resolution from the com- mittee on rules to disagree to the sen- ate amendments to the statehood bill and ask for a conference. The previous question was ordered, 160 to 127, a strict party vote.
