No. The Chiropractic and the Osteopath both aim to put in place that which is out of place, to right that which is wrong; but the Path- ology Diagnosis, Prognosis and Movements are entirely different. One of my patients, Mr. W. A. Casler, has taken both Chiropractic. Official Paper Village of Bemidiji SUBSCRIPTION $5 PER YEAR Three Years Behind Th Times. 5 THE commissioner of the gen- eral land office has decided that that portion of the land laws pre- mitting the sale of government lands containing pine at private sales to cash purchasers was re- pealed in 1902 ¢‘by implication.” Although it is now nearly three years since congress acted it was not until this month that the commissioner implied the repeal. If congress repealed the law three years ago why has the commissioner premitted the sales all this time, only to now notify innocent purchasers that their lands, for which they have paid their money and to which they hold title warranted by the governmeat, are to be taken away from them? The decision of the commissioner is certainly a great injustice to the peoplejof northern Minnesota. It looks as though the commis- sioner of the general land office is about three years behind the times. Timber Resources.
